This Agreement (“Agreement”) is between KwikLocalAds (“Provider”) and the undersigned advertiser (“Client”). By completing this form and submitting advertising materials, the Client agrees to the KwikLocalAds Local Advertiser Terms of Service.

3. Content Ownership

The Client confirms that all submitted logos, images, and advertising materials are owned by them or properly licensed for use. The Client grants KwikLocalAds permission to display, resize, and optimize submitted media solely for advertising purposes.

4. Payment Terms

Advertising is billed weekly / monthly in advance (subscription service) at $49.95 / 195.99 CAD per placement.

Payments are made by credit card.

Advertising weeks begin upon receipt of payment.

5. Cancellation

The Client may cancel at any time before the start of the next billing week.

Payments for the current active week are non-refundable.

6. Content Approval

All advertising materials are subject to KwikLocalAds review.

KwikLocalAds reserves the right to decline or remove content that does not meet community or platform standards, as outlined in the Terms of Service.

7. Liability Acknowledgment

The Client understands that KwikLocalAds is not responsible for any loss of business, revenue, or visibility due to technical issues, display interruptions, or content errors.

The Client assumes all responsibility for the accuracy and legality of their ad content.
